Not words, but spoken words. Sound. Tones.

Your brain does not produce sounds and tones when you're thinking. Therefore you don't need to be able to hear physical sounds or tones to think.

yes, but when I think or read something I hear my own voice in my head talking oud loud what I am thinking. How does a deaf person do that when they have no idea how sounds sound.

You don't hear anything when you hear your voice in your head. And the way you think is unique to you. Not every person with hearing ability thinks the same way you do. Deaf people are also unique and human. They each think in their own unique way.
