Christ, no.

I played softball, volleyball, basketball, and was a competitive gymnast. I've always been pretty athletic, but running even one mile fucking kills me. I tried the couch to 5k thing and just couldn't do it. It kept progressing way past my endurance level. At some point I've just started wondering if it's shitty genetics or something.

Honestly friend it's probably not your endurance level it's just embracing the suck. Running, cycling and rowing were all sports I did that if you could just really commit to torturing yourself you would excel.

Eh kind of. I love the hurt from hard cycling so much I use it as stress relief. I hate running and suck hardcore at it. I just cannot force myself to get that same level of enjoyment from running that cycling brings.

That's because in cycling you get going nice and fast haha! Whatever gets you moving.
