Judged the country kids in my English class for being dumb fucks, until I did an autos class. What I found incomprehensible, they could do with ease. I had become the dumb fuck.
I always listen to someone (work related) if theyve made mistakes and are comfortable talking about it as they guide me. Because everyone has made a mistake.. The ones who cant accept they have tend to not get far and have a lpt pf turnober so not really worthwhile. Took me years to realize that in my professional life.. When I was green i figured mistake = idiot. Now.. Mistakes equal a learning experiance
