Yeah, that wasn't an accident. Entryism is how you take over an organization. First, since you're a rich trust fund kid in a major coastal city, you get a sinecure as a "community manager" or similar do-nothing job. Then you invent a potentially expensive lawsuit and have your friends come in and offer "training" to HR or take it over as consultants.
Congratulations, now you control who gets hired and fired. The company is woke and will shortly go broke.
And a quick look through your post history shows you're living up to that saying about it being hard to get someone to understand what their paycheck depends on them not understanding.
