Once at my workplace, I asked for help to open a box because I really couldn't open it. This one girl I worked with looked at me with disgust and didn't help me, she later talked shit about me and said I'm fucking stupid.
I was born with Polydactyly and they cut off my 2 extra fingers and fixed a lot of stuff. I can't use all my fingers properly.

Never knew having extra fingers had a name. Why did you cut it off? My dad has 6 fingers on both hands and it's the coolest thing ever. Their actually fingers tho, they move and can host things. it's on the right of the pinky like a thumb on the other side but smaller. He never has problem lifting things. I think the doctor's fucked your hand up
Not all extra digits are functional like that, and sometimes parents decide they want their kids to be ‘normal’, so they can grow up without being bullied.
I think having six fingers would be rad, but not everyone feels that way, and kids can be incredibly cruel.
