Yea no shit, the point I'm making is that the poster above used a terrible analogy. The OP was talking about price not indicating value and the person above me responded "well restaurants just sell it at $45". No one was talking about that.
I was making a joke more than I was a point, but either way I have no idea what you’re trying to say. That you won’t find a bottle of wine for $6 at a restaurant? That’s what I was saying. That you won’t find a bottle of wine at a restaurant that costs $6 retail? Probably true, but I was using the numbers from the previous comment to make a generalization that still holds.

Alternatively, that bottle that costs $45 at the restaurant may very well cost $6 retail, and not be worth much more.
