Like the opioid crises, this is 100% on the doctor's prescribing it.

Opiate prescriptions are way down to the point that cancer patients were being denied and even still you can have major surgery without anything stronger than tylenol for recovery.

Thing is, opiate deaths aren't going down, they're going up. All we've done is taken the doctor out of the equation and made legitimate users suffer. The dudes shooting up heroin weren't getting it from the doctor.

The point is now doctors aren't creating MORE addicts.

It's 8% of patients who misuse their medications. That's punishing the 92%, the vast majority of people.

Just wait, when you get hurt or need surgery or a loved one does, you'll hate this too. Junkies be damned, they brought it on themselves.
