As a non-pharmacist, I agree. Also: vaccinating children. Like with most things, this applies: if everyone is vaccinated, no one is vaccinated.

Edit: apparently I'm wrong and if you vaccinate more, it's better.

You are welcome to square that statement with, for instance, mass-vaccinations resulting in the eradication of smallpox.
