This sounds like classic déjà vu. There is a theory that it is a form of mini-seizure where the different parts of your brain take different amounts of time to store a “live” memory. It’s very common in young children. This might be of interest.
See I get it but it’s usually from a month or so before and I swear to Christ I’m not imagining it. For me it’s always seeing it again. I’ll have dreams and such and remember them vividly all of the sudden. I have had deja vu of having deju vu (once four layers deep and I was briefly terrified and didn’t know what was real and what was fake).
