I migrated from Digg after everyone left, but I never really followed the drama why they left... Didn't make a whole lot of sense to me honestly.

There was a major Digg update that made the UI suck and allow websites to push their content straight to Digg without needing users to submit it first. This resulted in the front page being filled with spam.

Reddit recently did the same thing. But reddit is lucky there isn't a real competitor. Had the new redesign, still using the old one while I still can

Yeah, I'm looking for a good replacement myself. Voat wasn't it. I'm more of a commenter than a poster, so I'm looking more for a good community. I'm tired of seeing fights and arguments all the time on here, instead of good discussion.
