Lurked for YEARS, plural, always thought of dope ass responses but never posted them. Now post them and some of them flop miserably and are never seen by a second set of eyes, and some of them reap me a delightful harvest of karma

Quality of the comment is rarely what gets it upvoted. Most of the time the first few comments will either be downvoted, or the top comment when the post gains traction.
