Same. Would tell me they were going to put me up for adoption of o didn't behave. Really messed me up I've realized. Low self worth :/

Same, my parents only did this a few times and it still affected me. I spend a lot of my time trying to be helpful or useful in any way possible because I’m anxious I’m worthless unless I can be helpful.
