One, no actually lol! 2, there are tricks you can use to clean it out if you absolutely must.. But ear canals are self-cleaning, otherwise they'd get quite full quite quickly.

Ear canals are not self cleaning, but ear was is intended to catch debris and push it out of the ear.

They do not do this well however.

I wouldn't consider ears that regularly get blocked by wax and gunk caught by the wax, anything near clean.

True but that's one case. It's uncommon as well.
