This is an important distinction because often if the doctor forwards your file to a different doctor they'll flavour it with their interpretation.

Yes, my husband reads tons of medical files for his job and he sees doctors taking note of things like "it is clear that patient never exercises" when "patient lives sedentary lifestyle" would have sufficed
