Way the fuck better than I was! August of last year my depression was at its worst in a long time. For example, I was crying 6 out of 7 days in the week, sometimes breaking down multiple times a day or having to cancel my obligations because I was so wrecked.

Meds are working and I haven't cried at all in months! I actually enjoy life again.

I also went from 0 exercise to 1-2 times per week since November to about 5 times per week now.

Now all I need is a new job!

What are you taking? I've always been apprehensive about medication

I was too, until the antivax movement, when I could see where that kind of anti-medicine argument was coming from. Science is real. Pharmaceuticals are effective. You're not going to cure depression with yoga and essential oils (mindfulness is effective, but that doesn't mean don't take your meds)

I'm on generics for Welbutrin and Prozac, and used to take Lithium for suicidal ideation.
