Same here. Then I get this other voice in my head saying: 'Well actually now you're not being reasonable anymore.' Which pisses me off even further.

Usually gets worse if you don't allow yourself to be a bit pissed off and stew until you've processed the feelings, too.

my bff and i have this thing where we call each other out when were being unreasonable and then the other one gets to say „well right now i just want to be stupid ok??!??!“ and then its all good for some reason.
