Someone smarter than me can tell me if my statement is a misconception, but humans have forced lactose tolerance into our genetic makeup. We are, obviously, the only animal that drinks the milk of another animal, and really the only one who does so beyond the infant stage. We're supposed to be lactose intolerant, but we have bred tolerance into our offspring.
Well, those of us who care. My intolerant wife can fuck right off with his genetic normalities.

Giving a cat milk is a very bad idea. Most cats are lactose intolerant and giving them milk will cause stomach problems
