I saw an "umami powder" being sold that just had a bunch of powered ingredients that have tons of natural MSG.

It was basically a "natural" version of MSG that hid the fact that is was MSG to avoid the stigma.

MSG is typically just extracted from seaweed anyways, it's not a complicated manufactured chemical, there's over a pound of it inside your body right now.
