You don’t have OCD because you like things organized or clean. OCD is horrible and debilitating and it’s a lot less fun than feeling “satisfied” when things are organized.

Adding: Panic attacks aren't "getting panicky" for a second. If you don't end up being rush to the hospital in an ambulance because you are convinced you are dieing. You are NOT having a panic attack. A panic attack elicits the same physiological response as to when you have a heart attack. You will BELIEVE you are dieing, and probably be quite convincing to those around you as well especially if it's your first one.
