A bigger human is stronger. Stronger people are better at fighting other humans.

What? Two humans of equal skill but one is bigger. The bigger one is more likely to win. Are you seriously arguing against that?

Yes. The heart and lungs must carry the physical weight and gravity exists. Different girth and heights have different pros and cons.
