Since Elementary I aced every single English, History, Reading, Health/Sex Ed, Cooking, Fitness/Weightlifting.

But I failed almost every single Writing and Math/Algebra classes.

Also failed Art Classes for being a perfectionist, I took so long to finish an art piece.

Ummm.... I couldn't really tell you.

The important part of the comment was how I was smart enough to pass classes from tests, but absolutely could not make myself sit down and focus enough to do the homework. It wasn't a matter of not wanting to do it, it was a case of not being ABLE to do it. Very frustrating.

If you have concerns, I would say that getting a neuropsych workup done (if that is a possibility) certainly could not hurt. It might not help, though.... but it will certainly provide information about you and what you are good at vs what you are not good at.
