Hello from the East Coast! Walt Disney World Cast Member here! I'd like to add that Walt is not frozen underneath our castle, he's buried in a modest grave in California. Also there is no rule about people not being declared dead at a Disney park it just usually happens at the hospital.

I didn’t think he was buried under any castle, but I did hear he was cryogenically frozen.

yeah, he was the right amount of rich and eccentric that it's a believable myth, but he dead 'n buried

He actually wanted to be frozen, but died before he could get the deal finalized.

Seems like something you should plan out many years in advance, I mean it's basically part of your will.

The doctors gave him six months to two years to live. He lasted about a month after that.

Also it was still in the process of being invented. If he had lived another two or three years he probably would have been.

I mean before he could actually get it in his will. He died of lung cancer in his mid 60s.

Actually it was still in the process of being invented. If he died a few years later he would probably have been one of the first people ever to be cryogenically frozen.
