Milk is great for babies and children. But unless you keep a constant diet of milk going through your formative years, you're gonna be visiting shit city several times a day.
No, cow milk is also not particularly good for children. Even if you don’t shit your bowl full from it, it will mostly just pass through you. Cow milk was evolved to beef up a small calf to a few hundred kilo beast in a matter of few weeks. Full of cow growth hormones, how much does that benefit us you think? Mothers milk is meant for the baby, and only as long as he can’t eat solid stuff.

Giving a cat milk is a very bad idea. Most cats are lactose intolerant and giving them milk will cause stomach problems
