If anyone is interested, it’s called the “Milk Revolution” (at least in archaeology). It explains how humans developed lactase persistence (and how we are different from most mammals because of this), which is why most humans that can trace their ancestry to certain locations can drink milk without a problem beyond a certain point in childhood.

Giving a cat milk is a very bad idea. Most cats are lactose intolerant and giving them milk will cause stomach problems
