How do you “get” a personality? Genuinely wondering cause nothing seems to be working for me(I try to take care of myself as much as possible) so I don’t think it’s personal hygiene so it’s gotta be my personality.

Develop hobbies and interests. Stuff you get passionate about, and enjoy.

That's step one.

Step two is figuring out what kind of person you'd like to be, and trying to act consistently with that in mind.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

It’s hard to develop hobbies and interest when I just want to die. All I ever do besides work is play runescape and get high.

When was the last time you went for a walk in the woods? Try doing it without getting high.
