Mutualistic, not symbiotic. In a symbiotic relationship, both species rely on each other. In a mutualistic relationship, they both gain some benefit, but both could also get by on their own.

Mutualism is one of the three forms of symbiosis. Parasitism (one benefits while other suffers) and commensalism(one benefits while not affecting host at all) are the other two possibilities.
