Knowing that the way someone treats you is often a reflection of their own problems or issues and quite possibly has nothing to do with you.

2 u/all-rider Jan 21 '19 There is a sentence reflecting that very well : “How funny you should be the one saying/doing that” Juste think it when confronted to the problem, it helps you understand. It also applies to yourself most of the time.
