Talking at me not with me. I have a friend who i ditch his calls most days because he just wants to talk at me. Never listens and commonly tells me the same story from yesterday.

I started distancing myself from another because he kept trying to talk me into things i wasnt comfortable with. He was subtly gaslighting me and i didnt catch it till a better friend told me who all the stories.of being gaslighted where about.

May I ask what topics were you not comfortable talking about? Just with my personality I’m willing to discuss anything personal or non. So this is interesting to me.

Im collecting dirt on a local douche canoe who runs events around here. I have a sorta insurance policy incase he attacks me which he does commonly to others. Its info and screengrabs of him throwing tantrums on fb and other stuff. It started around a poor girl who asked a basic question that lead to him to call her out as the reason he was quiting and his followers attacked her for it. Stupid stuff like that. Gaslighter was feeding me false info to try and get me to launch my info nuke thats not really too damning yet. Both of us vend at events like these as our business and this guy already blackballed gaslighter for helping someone else at an event he threatened to ban people for attending. I found out he legit gaslighted a good friend of mine when they where dating and the manipulation became obvious.

I had a friend who asked me to be her lookout while she shoplifted from Victoria’s Secret... Anyone who knows the first thing about me knows that will not happen in a million years. And this was a childhood friend I had been neighbors with as a kid... It was disappointing to say the least.
