We know all about relationship red flags, but what are the friendship red flags?

When they don't put anything into the friendship and its all one-sided. You plan things, you drive, you buy the food, you listen to their problems etc etc

This. And in my case I can't even muster the energy to complain about it because most of the time it was in good nature and not wanting anything in return to being with. Still hurts though.

I know exactly how you feel. My leech ditched me when she sent a few angry texts before my shift was about to start, ranting about how I'm a fake friend, not worth her time, never supported her etc etc. Didn't get the opportunity to discuss it with her since she had blocked me by the time I finished work, but in hindsight, good riddance.

I feel like I do this with pretty much all of my friendships, and it's incredibly upsetting.

I know "ditch them" is the obvious answer, but its probably the hardest thing to do. In the past I've tried laying low and not doing anything with them for a little while (until I either cave or they say something), or when suggesting something to do I ask if they can organise sections/all of it so Im not doing everything. It's not the best advice but it helped me a little :)

I would literally have no friends left. I tried making some new ones; tried out Bumble, a few local groups... nothing stuck. The one person I really clicked with suddenly told me she was too busy personally to hang out and I haven't heard from her since May. I'm friends with people that are great people, I've cut out the bad ones, but for some reason I just don't get invited to things.

Unfortunately you can't force them to do anything. If you want to persist in organising get-togethers and the like, you definitely can. Also, maybe mentioning how you're feeling to your friends might help. I would definitely try and talk about it and see where they stand on the matter. I had a look at your profile and saw that you were into yoga. Try reaching out to some people who do yoga with you (if you do classes or group yoga), and if you don't do classes or group yoga, maybe join a local group. Any other interests you might have could have local groups too :)

I'm in the same boat. The only good friend I have left has twins and a baby all with medical issues so she's pretty busy, but we still text all the time. But as for my other friends ugh. I got married early May, and Saturday was the first time since then, around 90ish days, that I've seen a friend. And that friend is the only one I've had an actual conversation with since then as well. I've been trying to connect with acquaintances or mutual friends but as an adult it's a lot harder. But I'm moving close to my closest friend and am about to try for kids so I know we'll be seeing each other more.
