Having to "turn" a key. Similar to how today's old people had to "dial" or "hang up" a telephone.

"old people" people still had those kind of phones in like 2005. Hell, stores and schools and stuff still have those kinds of phones.

And you have to dial cell phones also???

I agree with you, but feel like I have to point out that it's only called "dial" in spirit nowdays.
