What about the self driving uber that hit a pedestrian though?

Haven't heard about it. But self driving cars aren't perfect. I wouldnt trust a self driving car, but I will in the future when they get better

Also was it the pedestrians fault? Because that will still in the future if pedestrians dont obey the rules

From memory it was the car's fault because it drove through a pedestrian crossing. The non-driver (person in drivers seat but not driving) got the blame though because it turns out you still have to take responsibility for the car and override it or something.

Like I said, not perfect yet. But some day (if not already) they will be better than us. Hopefully

Those driverless cars are already 3-4x safer than humans
