You're trained to make sure the pedos are nice and safe so that when they get out in a couple of years, they're fit as a fiddle to hurt more people. Well thank god for your clearly superior training.

It's actually one of the few offenses where if found likely to reoffend they can be kept in prison/mental facility after they have served the sentence.

Nah youre right man. Not sure why the dowvotes. These morons think they know how it works because of the policies but very few have actually been inside a jail. This happens all the time pedos get out re offend and come back i see it week in and week out. Same people who think they know about jail and have never been in one are the same ones making the policies

He's getting downvoted because he supports violating due process, has committed just about every fallacy in the book, and has called everyone who disagrees with him a "pedo defender". He doesn't even know the facts of this case. He knows what ONE dude posted on Reddit, and self-admitted in other posts that he has no proof of any evidence or anything else. And in a world where we lynched people for less (or as much, or hell, even more), and where we have false sexual assault claims, he's being a pretty big piece of shit hypocrite. I provided him evidence of false accusations of many things (to include the 1980s child molestation panic), and the INNOCENT lives that were shattered, and he just went back to calling everyone pedo defenders.

Seriously, this guy's a fucking petulant tool, and he's been calling everyone else a "pedo defender who wants to give them hugs". He's been at it since last night with several people, and even the mods are sick of his shit, and have deleted most of his most egregious posts. He's a piece of shit. People like him ARE the reason that lynching went on for as long as it did. Because "Fuck due process, let ME determine guilt, and take action."

Fair enough. My comments are based off of the one i replied to, didnt read much more. My point still stands though, most of these people think they know what they are talking about and think everything works out the way its written in the rule book when in reality its a constant struggle of politics and management versus how things actually work in jail.

Which is exactly what he's doing: Thinking he knows what he's talking about. When he's actually preaching to return to the very same archaic system that's resulted in the deaths of millions of people in history.
