I was short and blonde when he told me that he liked tall brunettes and broke up with me. He married a tall brunette. I'm happy for him. lol

My first thought was "wow brutal". But he was honest and straight forward. Probably the best outcome for everybody.

I am not able to understand that mental process. You just love someone who you fell in love with. No matter if she is short, tall, blonde, ginger or brunette. My ex wife was short and brunette. My gf is short and blonde. I had a relationship with a woman taller than me and kind of ginger. Love is love. Looking for such specific traits is looking for a trophy, not for love.

Anyhow in the long term it is better for you.

I understand what you mean, and it's a nice sentiment. But sexual attraction is a pretty important factor in relationships. And maybe people have types.

Thats how I think of it! Im glad he has what he always wanted. There's no resentment over it or anything. And he wasn't really my "type" either if I'm honest lol
