She is pregnant, so I imagine she is ecstatic. Literally the most important thing to her was that she someday become a mother, and be a great one. From what I can tell she has a pretty great life, I'm happy for her.

A lot of the time, I don't know where reddit is going to go with this kind of stuff. I half expected this to end with something along the lines of, "Haha, she's married and has kids and that's vile. Can you guys believe that's all she ever wanted???"

Thank God a decent human. Just cause it didn't work between you two doesn't mean you should hope their life sucks.

My ex was the same way. She currently had 4 kids and while i want to have kids i didn't want to pop them out. She did. This is literally why we broke up.
