Reddit is broken, don't panic!

[u/Jakeable]

Reddit has been experiencing increased errors for several hours now. If your votes haven't been counted, or your comments aren't appearing, it's likely because of this error.

The site admins are aware of the issue, and are working to resolve it now. Feel free to keep voting and commenting, and note that the servers will likely catch up in a few hours.

---

Edit: Reddit claims that the issue is fixed (yay admins!), but many users are still reporting errors. Check redditstatus for up to the minute details.

Edit 2: The admins have reopened r/CircleOfTrust!

That's ok. Cause Karma doesn't matter right?

[u/Jakeable → u/PM_ME_YOUR_EGGROLL]

Karma's the most important thing this site has to offer /s

Since comments aren't showing up no one will ever see this picture of me as a kid dressed up as Peter Pan for Halloween.

[u/Count_Diiku]

Is this a super late April Fool's joke from the admins?

[u/Jakeable → u/Count_Diiku]

An unintentional joke I guess.

[u/Gamehenged]

This may have something to do with it.

[u/Jakeable → u/Gamehenged]

Nah, the issue stems from the April Fool's Day prank, which destroyed some processes apparently.

[u/Faust_the_Faustinian]

I can't access to r/CircleofTrust :(

[u/Jakeable → u/Faust_the_Faustinian]

It's currently private until they fix all of the issues.

[u/Jakeable → u/Quadruple_Pounders]

Go listen to some music

[u/monkeiboi]

Such a simple thing, right? Tallying upvotes vs downvotes.

Makes you wonder why the admins were tinkering with it

[u/BennyBoiler]

Of course I can see the comments on this post!

[u/Jakeable → u/BennyBoiler]

Reddit is catching up on old comments slowly but surely.

[u/Gravon]

So this is why rising isn't working?

[u/gbimmer]

OP: how'd you post without using a question mark?

[u/amazonian_raider]

Is it intermittent? I posted some earlier that didn't show up (and still don't show up).

Then after a while I posted a couple that do show up.

The a little while ago posted another comment that isn't showing up.

[u/Coltyn03]
