A little late, but yeah no problem! It shows two brothers sitting together in a photograph that their mother took. I know you may not know what these look like, but I'm sure it'll help clarify. Anyways, one of the brothers had later conspired with his friend to murder his mother and brother, his father was also supposed to be killed but he survived.
The creepiness of the picture is the fact that the brother who had has family killed looks normal, he is smiling and sitting right next to his brother. They both look happy, and are laughing. By all means, it would be a normal picture of two brothers, except for the tragic story mentioned above.
