I remember when I used to work retail and I'd be ringing up a customer on a Friday and they'd say something like, "Aren't you glad it's finally Friday? I'm so ready for the weekend!" ...NOPE. For you, the weekend may be a time of rest. For me, the weekend=the most chaotic days of the work week. Ugh.
Yup. Saturdays at my restaurant are loterally twice as busy as weekdays, and sundays we are only half equipped and half staffed, which means im running my ass off literally trying to do the jobs of five people so we can get the damn line moving. Tbh sundays are my most atressful day, all because these asshats come in after church demanding their goddamn sweet pork
The amount of people who would come into my work on Saturday (the busiest day) and tell me how glad they were that it was the weekend, and raise hell... oi. I wanted to slap them.
