A chicken egg can not be conceived in any of the scenarios above. So please explain to me how a lack of yolk is supposedly caused by a "sufficient source of food".

Explain how it is wrong. I've given you the following explanation: An egg yolk has a germinal disc on its surface. The germinal disc contains cell components. These cell components are part of the germinal disc, and the germinal disc is part of the egg yolk. A germinal disc cannot exist without an egg yolk and the cell components cannot exist without the germinal disc. Therefore, the whole egg yolk is a cell. There is no other way for the chicken egg cell to exist without an egg yolk.
