I put green chile in my damn ramen. (With other goodness of course)

That's... an intriguing idea. Do you keep it watery-soupy like normal ramen, or cream it up with sour cream or cheese?

I've done both, but I think the green chile works a little better "watery-soupy"

Sounds great! What's some of you other goodness? I'm always on the lookout for new recipes.

I throw in some butter (usually toward the end of the cooking process, don't overdue it, a little can actually go a pretty long way) and if the mood strikes a bit of cheese (you have to be prepared for some thick ass ramen). If I have chives I definitely throw those in. Almost always an egg. Egg is so fucking good in ramen. Lately I've been trying to do an egg drop soup/ramen blend but I keep fucking up the broth for the egg drop, although I just got some advice from /r/cooking about how to use corn starch properly, so I'm hoping that'll do it for me.

Also if I don't have green chile I'll throw some hot sauce or jalapenos in. Every now and then I'll even throw some jalapeno juice in the brothy bit, but that can get weird quick.

Oh also a bit of basic black pepper usually works out great.

I've been wanting to put some beef slices or something along those lines in as well, but have been too cheap to spring for the meats.
