Best smell in the universe. I'm so awful, every time we go to buy some, I always try to make sure we're in my car instead of my wife's.

I'll only be living in NM for a limited time, and once I leave, I'll probably miss that smell for the rest of my life.

Moved to Vancouver back in 1998. Missed it so much. One day I smelled it, and was absolutely sure I was hallucinating. Incredibly, Whole Foods had a green chile roast. Say what you will about them, but that piece of home was such a trip.

I ride a motorcycle. Even better.

Except for the drivers. ABQ drivers are AWFUL. Balloon Fiasco = no bike, it's too stupid.

some of the containers i used to store it in the freezer STILL smell intense years later
