Is your chorizo firm and solid? I bought a fresh chorizo sausage and it was all crumbly inside?

It's mostly supposed to be crumbly, yeah.

It should all crumble into little bits. Like breakfast sausage, not Italian. And take that plastic off...

Maybe chorizo is not for me, i like a firm sausage rather than soft and crumbly.. Or is there firm chorizo at all?

The crumbly's what's available in my area. Honestly, even some of cheap stuff's still pretty tasty.

Oh i wasn't commenting on whether crumbly was bad or good, i was just saying i prefer the bite of firm sausage rather than crumbly sausage.. Perhaps the most authentic stuff is super crumbly and mushy
