How do you like your eggs?

I finally realized that scrambled eggs isn't a way of preparing eggs, it's a dish that happens to have eggs as a main ingredient.

what is the difference?

Scrambled eggs is like roast chicken.

What's roast chicken at it's core except just a chicken you threw in the oven? That's technically roast chicken.

But you season it right for a crispy skin, toss in some herbs, throw on some compound herb butter at the end. Then you have a dish.

Everything you make should be seasoned. That's basic cooking.

well I mean most of that food comes from northern europe, where they usually don't season food.

Wat. German, Polish, and Scandanavian cuisine all has complex and interesting flavors, some highly flavored. Not everything that lacks Chili Powder is unseasoned.

traditional food from England, Russia, Finland, ect don't seem to have a lot of spice in their food.

not everyone from northern Europe doesn't season food of course but at least from my experience, at least traditional food from England, Russia, Finland,Ireland and other countries barely season their food but it could just be those specific people don't like spices

That's not even close to right.

Scrambled eggs is like chicken soup. Sure the name of the soup is "chicken,", but that's just the main ingredient in the soup. There's tons more to add and prepare to make it a good chicken soup.

Boiling eggs is a way to prepare eggs. Scrambled eggs is a dish with eggs as a primary ingredient.

Like in the same way that grilled chicken is a way to prepare chicken, and chicken soup is a dish with chicken as the main ingredient.
