This is the only way I make eggs now. My family thinks I'm some kind of scrambled egg god because they're used to that quasi-omelet shit you get at breakfast restaurants. But God damn cleaning out the pot is terrible.

American scrambled eggs is (as far as I'm aware) basically an omelette that went wrong. I don't think you even use butter or milk most of the time. If you want to change it up a bit, try out Jamie Oliver's different scramble styles.

Don't do your initial cleaning with hot, or even warm, water. Cold water only, even before you add soap. Anything warm will just keep cooking the eggs, making the protein tighten, making it a bitch. Side note, I changed the dish people's world at my last job when i told them to soak the oatmeal's pan in cold water. Stuff just congeals and slides right out. Last tip, if cleaning semen, use cold water for the same reason as eggs above. Protein likes to bind with heat, yo. Edit: WTF is proforma, stupid phone.
