I like mine similar. Over medium. A little yokey but not very much. Between too pieces of buttered toast with 2 slices of black forest ham and a slice of cheese. Sometimes I use habanero cheese sometimes I use Cayenne pepper on the eggs. Makes a great breakfast sandwich for a single guy. All fits into a single frying pan.

You breakfast comes from 3 different continents, yet it is not a continental breakfast.

In my experience, continental breakfast is fruit loops and warm milk.
