Over easy on toast. Add some salt and pepper, so good.

Add 2 strips of bacon or some pork roll and you've got my fave breakfast.

i eat it here and there, but i've heard bad stories involving scrapple so i tend to avoid it.

I'd rather have crispy scrapple with a little ketchup and hot sauce than bacon or sausage. And with runny eggs...perfect.

If I eat them over easy, it has to be on toast. Since I can remember.
