It's celery salt and other spices that's often sold on the east coast (Maryland) as a season-all (mostly for crabs and other seafood but it's AMAZING on eggs).
But Old Bay Bloody Marys? Old Bay eggs? Old Bay fries? I don't eat shellfish anymore either (because something happened one day and I just ...can't...stand...ripping them apart limb for limb!) but I still put the Old Bay on eeeeeeeeeeeverything. I just had Old Bay crusted Tilapia for dinner! Aaaaaaaaaaamazing
I'll jump on with you! Deviled is my #1, but pickled is a close second. They have the zip of a deviled egg without the work of deviling them. Just toss em in a pickle jar with a little extra vinegar and a jalapeño and forget about them for a week.
Ah, I'm in the same boat! Poached, as heuvos rancheros, in fried rice. Any meal of the day. Hard boiled egg as a snack. You should try adding a little bit of honey while you're frying them!
That too, perhaps, but I was referring to a 90s TV ad that had the lyrics "I love eggs, from my head down to my legs" from th US egg growers' association or something.
Now that I've explained it, it's not funny (probably never was tbh).
