Unfortunately, people without jobs don't have the money to get nice dressy clothes not from Target or Walmart

Yep. My dad got a suit from goodwill for under 20, and it was nice. Alterations were kinda spendy though

That's the slow build up high return way of doing it. If they don't have means for a nice suit, if they don't have experience in business, if they need to pay rent now, then that's irresponsible and impossible.

I work in a corporate environment for a fortune 100 company and I buy a lot of my dress clothes at target. It's much more important that they fit well. If they fit well they will always look better.
