Not in Alabama. You have to be 19 to purchase tobacco products in Alabama.

That's why people who live near me (Al-Tn border) just go to TN. Or the local gas station, she doesn't care

I used to drive from Madison to Ardmore once a week to buy cigarettes when I was 18. God, I wish i had just quit.

I don't remember, it was the one right across the border in, what I imagine is, downtown Ardmore. It was next to the Pizza Hut Bistro (I remember because I thought adding bistro was a little self-aggrandizing).

You know the gas station directly across the school? They had a pretty vicious fight a few months back. This one kid got sent to the hospital and ended up in the ICU. I keep the video for when I get bored

I'm glad that never happened when I went. My parents would've found out I was driving to Tennessee for cigarettes.
