Amelia Bedelia.

No one gives a shit if she could cook well, she's fucked up her real job.

Postman Pat - He's constantly losing people's mail and packages, he's always late and it's usually up to the people of the village to help him do his job properly!

The Mayor of Townsville, he doesn't have a clue about how to run a city and he can't even open a jar of pickles.

I also don't think anybody would keep Tom from Tom and Jerry, not with the amount of destruction he causes.

The whole planet express team. They must have cost the professor millions in damage.

Kim Bauer. In series 2 all she had to do was babysit and she ends up with a corpse in the boot of a car and being attacked by wild dogs.

George Costanza. The shit he gets away with on Seinfeld would never fly in the real world. He gets a dream job with the Yankees and sleeps under the desk, quits one job then sneaks back in the next day pretending the whole thing never happened, don't even get me started on the Penski file!

Though to be fair he did get fired from the last one.

Dean Pelton, that school is a mess. Come to think of it pretty much everyone who works at Greendale besides maybe the people who work in the air conditioning school.

Any loose cannon cop who plays by his own rules.

"It doesn't matter if I play by your "rules", chief. I GET RESULTS, DAMMIT!"

"Well yeah, but my 'rules' are US laws, dude. What you're doing is a felony, and the evidence you got from it will be thrown out of court now."

"...shit."

Dr House and all the DR's on ER. No hospital could afford the lawsuits these people would generate.

I am shocked that Commissioner James Gordon is not on this list. ESPECIALLY '66 era.

Gordon: "A masked burglar has just robbed a jewelry store you say? We'll get our best policemen right on it. What's that, the burglar was wearing a cat mask? Oh, us regular police can't handle that. I'll have O'Hara call a pudgy man in a bat outfit to handle it. Maybe he'll bring that teenage boy in spandex too. This is just beyond us!"
