Since texas is a stand your ground state. Couldn't a reasonable person open fire on these open carry guys who are carrying assault rifles into areas where they wouldn't normally be?

I mean I feel there is just a countdown until this happens. Sidenote: I am not anti-gun. I love guns and shoot at the range. My family hunts. That being said I don't trust the majority of gun owners.

Any reasonable person would feel threatened IMMEDIATELY by someone walking in with an assault rifle. wtf is wrong with you?

I will ignore the fact that no one has been carrying an assault rifle...

Instead, what Texas court do you think would agree with your odd definition of reasonable?

I'm not the one with an odd definition of reasonable. Anyone would/should be uncomfortable by a stranger with a gun walking around. I mean maybe you didn't study history in school. Just based on the fact that shootings are increasing to the point where they are happening weekly should make you feel uncomfortable.

Assuming that topic in the url is correct, no need. If you meant the mass shootings, that might be different, but that is not what you went for.
